No spam or scraping abuse
Users may not use BandNavigator to send unsolicited bulk messages, bypass consent requirements, or harvest contacts in violation of laws or platform rules.
No rights misrepresentation
Users may not claim ownership, clearance, samples, sync rights, brand approvals, or artist authorization they do not actually have.
No deceptive AI output
AI drafts must be reviewed for accuracy. Users may not present generated claims, statistics, endorsements, or licensing terms as verified facts unless they are verified.
Opportunity verification
Compiled contacts and opportunities are research leads. Users should verify submission rules, current contacts, and fit before outreach.
