Service role

BandNavigator helps artists organize career operations, prepare drafts, track opportunities, and manage approval workflows. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or professional management advice.

Artist responsibility

Artists and workspace owners remain responsible for rights, contracts, claims, releases, approvals, submitted materials, and compliance with laws or platform rules.

Billing

Paid plans, AI credits, add-on seats, transaction fees, and connected payout services are presented before purchase. Stripe manages subscription checkout, billing portal access, and payment processing.

Automation

External-facing automation is approval-first in the paid beta. Emails, playlist pitches, press outreach, booking communication, fan campaigns, and public publishing require explicit user action before they leave the workspace.

BandNavigator intellectual property

BandNavigator, the BandNavigator name, logos, product design, source code, workflows, compiled opportunity databases, AI orchestration patterns, documentation, copy, visual assets, and related product materials are protected by copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights owned by BandNavigator and its owner/operator. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

User materials

BandNavigator does not claim ownership of user-submitted recordings, artwork, lyrics, photos, bios, merch, fan lists, contacts, or campaign materials. Users grant BandNavigator a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and transmit those materials only as needed to provide the service, prepare approved automation, troubleshoot accounts, and comply with legal obligations.

Feedback

If users submit ideas, bug reports, suggestions, workflows, product requests, examples, or other feedback, they grant BandNavigator an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, publish, and commercialize that feedback without attribution, restriction, or compensation.
