Workspace data
Workspace data can include artist profiles, songs, public site settings, contacts, opportunity records, campaigns, fans, orders, billing status, generated drafts, and audit events.
AI processing
AI features use workspace context to prepare drafts and recommendations. Generated content is saved for review and should be checked before external use.
Fan consent
Fan signup data is used for artist communications only when consent is captured. Unsubscribe links disable marketing consent for the fan record.
Security controls
BandNavigator uses authenticated sessions, role-based workspace access, rate limits, audit logs, and provider-specific secrets to protect production workflows.
