Workspace owners must confirm they are authorized to act for the artist before external-facing automation is prepared or approved.

Authority to operate
The signer confirms they are the artist or have permission to manage the artist workspace, upload materials, prepare campaigns, and coordinate business workflows.
Approval responsibility
The signer accepts responsibility for reviewing AI drafts, claims, outreach, submissions, fan communications, and public publishing before they are used externally.
Rights and materials
The signer confirms they have the rights needed for submitted recordings, artwork, likeness, trademarks, biographies, merch, and campaign materials.
Audit trail
BandNavigator stores authorization snapshots and related events so teams can see when authority and consent were recorded.
